sound familiar

The worry, and the fix.

Every couple I talk to is quietly carrying one of these. Here is what changes the moment you have me on your team.

Without help

×Someone you love is setting up tables instead of celebrating with you.
×Something small goes sideways and nobody is watching for it.
×A full coordinator costs far more than you actually need.
×You spend your own wedding solving problems.

With Karen

Your family relaxes. I handle the setup and the running around.
I am watching for it, quietly, before you ever notice.
You pay only for the hours and the help you actually want.
You are fully present, glowing, and in the moment.
what i can take off your hands

You don’t need a planner. You need hands.

You hire me for the exact things you need done, and only those things. A few of the ways I help:

Setup & styling

Tables, signage, favors, and all the details you chose, placed exactly right before guests arrive.

Day-of errands

The forgotten ice, the last-minute pickup, the run nobody planned for. I am already on it.

Guest love

Greeting, seating, and watching the gift table while you are busy getting married.

Vendor wrangling

Pointing the florist, the DJ, and the caterer to the right place at the right moment.

The little fires

The dozen tiny things that go wrong at every event, handled before they reach you.

Sweet send-off

Pack-down and breakdown at the end of the night, so it is my job and not your family’s.

How this works. I provide task-based help on the parts you choose. You, your venue, or your planner keep the overall timeline and run of the day. I plug in exactly where you point me, do it beautifully, and stay in my lane.

Good to know: this is task-based help, not full wedding coordination. You, your venue, or your planner keep the overall timeline. For destination weddings or venues far outside Los Angeles, travel and hotel are covered by the couple, all agreed in writing before you book.

Optional add-on: Social Content Capture

Want your day captured for your socials? I can grab candid photos and short vertical videos myself, or bring a dedicated social pro for fuller coverage. We scope it to your day so it fits exactly what you want. Always alongside your photographer, never a replacement.

★★★★★

Karen ran our red carpet arrivals like a conductor. Talent flowed, photographers were happy, and nothing ever backed up.

Marisol R., festival press lead
★★★★★

We threw her into a 400-person activation with two days notice. She made it look effortless and caught a dozen problems before they happened.

Devon K., brand experiential lead
★★★★★

The calmest person on a chaotic floor. I would put her at any event I produce, without a second thought.

how this works

The basics, at a glance.

None of this is me being picky. It is just how professional events run, and it keeps your day smooth.

A meal for any day over five hours
Parking or valet covered, so I arrive ready
One point of contact to guide me on the day
Water and a short break on long or outdoor days
A simple agreement. Before your day, I send a short, friendly agreement that puts everything we discussed in writing, your hours, your list, and the deposit. Clear and easy for both of us.

A couple of things are handled by others: your licensed bar or caterer pours the drinks, and little ones, pets, and heavy lifting are best left to the pros set up for that. Everything else, consider it joyfully handled.

good questions

The things couples ask me.

Are you a wedding coordinator?
No, and that is on purpose. I am task-based help. You, your venue, or your planner keep the overall timeline of the day. I handle the specific things we agree on, which keeps your cost down and lets you stay in charge of your wedding.
Do you travel? What about destination weddings?
Yes, I travel for weddings across Los Angeles and beyond. Venues within about 20 miles of central LA include travel. Past that, mileage is billed at the 2026 IRS standard rate of 72.5 cents per mile. For destination weddings or venues far outside the area, the couple covers my travel and hotel. We agree on all of it in writing before you book, so there are never any surprises.
How many hours do I need?
Most couples book somewhere between 4 and 8 hours, depending on whether you want help with setup, the celebration itself, breakdown, or all three. We map it together on a quick call so you book exactly what you need and nothing you do not.
What is the deposit and when is the rest due?
A $100 deposit holds your date and applies to your total, so it is money toward your day, not an extra. It is non-refundable simply because it reserves your wedding on my calendar and keeps that date just for you. The balance is due the week of your wedding, with no payment plans to track, and everything spelled out in plain language.
What if I need to cancel or move my wedding date?
Life happens, and I plan for it. Here is exactly how it works:
  • Need to move your date? Tell me at least 30 days ahead and I carry your full deposit to the new date at no penalty, as long as I am free that day.
  • Cancel more than 30 days out: you release the deposit and owe nothing more.
  • Cancel 8 to 30 days out: the deposit plus half of the remaining balance, since your date is likely turning others away by then.
  • Cancel inside the final 7 days: the full amount, because I can no longer rebook the day and your balance is due that week regardless.
  • If I am ever the one who cannot make it, illness or a true emergency, you get every dollar back including your deposit, and I personally help you find a trusted replacement. You are never left scrambling.
  • To cancel or move a date: one text to me is all it takes.
What if I am not sure how many hours I need?
No guessing required. On our quick call we map your list together and lock a set number of hours, so you always know your total before you ever book. Prefer not to think about it at all? Book the flat Full Day and you are covered from setup to send-off. If the day ever runs past your booked hours, extra time is billed afterward at $100 an hour, only with your okay in the moment.
Can you capture content for my socials?
Yes, as an optional add-on, scoped to your day. For light coverage I capture candid photos and short vertical videos myself. For fuller coverage I can bring a dedicated social pro. Light coverage starts at $350, and fuller coverage with a dedicated pro is quoted to fit. Always alongside your photographer, never a replacement.
Can you make purchases for me, or do I reimburse you?
I would love to. The easiest way is to shop on a card you provide, so there is nothing to reimburse and no receipts to chase later. It keeps everything light and simple for both of us, you cover your lovely things directly, and I bring the time and the care.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can. Popular dates go quickly, and booking ahead means your day is locked in my calendar and we have plenty of time to map your list.
Can you bring extra help for a bigger setup?
Yes. For larger setups or guest counts, I can arrange additional trusted hands at an added hourly rate. We decide together whether you need it.
